Exceptional
We absolutely loved staying in this hotel. Our room was quiet and comfortable, we had our best sleeps in a long time in that bed. Curtains made the room so dark ;) This was our perfect oasis of tranquility after a long day exploring the city under the hot sun. We really liked the location by the river, it was a nice stroll at any time of the day, but especially at night. Appreciated the happy hour, the free drinks, pool and gym were amazing. Staff very helpful, our cleaning lady was a sweetheart. All in all, pretty close to a perfect stay... we were so sad to leave!
Breakfast is offered until 10:30, but it happened more than once that some things were not available anymore by 10 (orange juice, yogurt, bananas). Those a pretty basic breakfast items (that don't go to waste if not consumed!) and I think you should have plenty to cover your breakfast hours. I was left with the impression that they have a quota per day and they will not go over it. Asked for a banana at 10, I could see them behind the staff member, right there over her shoulder in the kitchen. She seemed like she didn't know what to say, refered me to another staff who said there was no more bananas...Well, I see them. "No, they are spoiled"...They were clearly not. Shortly after, the bananas were gone from sight...! It was just annoying to be lied right in my face. Had the same story happening a few days later with yogurt. Feels like staff is being told to say no automatically. We stopped going for breakfast after that, we lack interest in what was there. That would be our only negative point!
